We at SRJ, are Manufacturing POLYFILL also known as Thermo Bonded Sheets, in the form of Rolls and Sheets which are widely used in Home Furnishing items like Sofas, Cushions, Quilts , Comforters, Pillows, Fillers, Mattress Protectors, Jackets etc. & We are making these Finished Products as well.
We are equipped with latest technology in plant & machinery. We have an Automatic Filling Station which can Directly Fill the Thermo Bonded Sheets in Comforters and Quilts, and eventually Save a lot of Time and Labour Work.
We have Single Needle Computerised Quilting Machines with over 1000 different Quilting Designs to choose from (new designs can also be added as per customer requirement).
We have Pillow Filling Machines and Hydraulic Vacuum Machines with a capacity of filling 2000 pieces in a day, in a single machine.
We also do JOB WORK for making quilts, cushions, pillows etc that includes Attaching Polyfill, Stiching, Quilting, Finishing and Packaging of the above mentioned Finshed Products.
